"Flavours of Peru" will run from October 17th-23rd at InterContinental Hotel on Park Lane, which will offer both lunch and dinner reservations to sample some fantastic cooking courtesy of the chefs of Restaurante Central in Lima, as well as the opportunity to see some native produce of the country- for example coffee, chocolate, award-winning 'Cuatro Gallos' Pisco and textiles from 'Peruvian Connection' (http://www.peruvianconnection.com/).
