After many costume changes..

..the blog is now in a format that we are happy with. So without further ado, allow us to introduce the chefs of Central Restaurant Lima - from left to right: Luiciano Caycho, Maria Pia Leon, Virgilio Martinez. They are currently lurking in the background of this blog, however you can see non-cyber versions of these maestros at the Cookbook Cafe between 17th-23rd October 2011. They are leaving their adoring fans in Lima to come and cook for the Flavours of Peru festival so make sure you come and taste for yourself - you won't be disappointed!
